Reyyan Recovers Her Health

Reyyan, who has Cerebral Palsy* at the age of 2, had difficulties in getting out of bed and walking when she came to our association with her family last September. After three months of treatment provided by the physiotherapy unit of the Refugees Association, Reyyan is able to sit alone and stand on her legs with partial support.

Reyyan, who is struggling with Cerebral Palsy and has difficulty in moving her legs, applied to our Rehabilitation Center, which operates in Sultanbeyli. After months of treatment, Reyyan can sit alone and her mobility is increasing day by day. In addition, orthotics were provided with the support of the Refugees Association in order to prevent deformity in Reyyan’s legs during the treatment process and to help her stand. The physiotherapist follows the treatment process in a planned way to strengthen Reyyan’s muscles. The next goal planned for Reyyan is to gain balance and walk alone.

Father Hopes That His Daughter Recovers

Reyyan’s father said that he was very happy to see that his daughter’s health is improving day by day, and he hopes that one day his daughter will be very strong. He stated that he will continue her treatment without interruption until she gets stronger and can stand on her own. He thanked the Refugees Association for the humanitarian aid services provided and wished all other patients a quick recovery.
