Prosthesis Support for the Amputee Patient Taha

Taha Muhammed El Mesilhi is a 49 years old father with 2 kids and he is an amputee patient. He was taken to jail during the Egyptian conflict in 2014. Due to jail tortures, he had a heavy purulence on his feet, therefore, his below leg was removed. In 2018 he arrived in Turkey and although he applied to many entities he could not get a prosthesis because he was Egyptian. In January 2019, he enrolled in Mülteciler Association’s rehabilitation services and started to have physiotherapy sessions. At the same time, his prosthesis process has been started.

On 19 March he got the latest version of his prosthesis and he is now very pleased to move independently. Thanks to the new prosthesis provided, he is going to have a great chance to enroll in business life.
