Refugee children were asked to think over the art and artist concepts and these two concepts were opened for their discussion.
Art is a Universal Value
This activity which provided an opportunity to evaluate children’s point of view on art highlighted the fact that the art is a universal value. Children were given information about the famous artists such as Mozart, Beethoven and Pablo Picasso who left an indelible mark from past to present. The short stories of Turkish writers and poets written by Âşık Veysel Satıroğlu and Sabahattin Ali were read in this activity.
