The Children and Youth Center was established in 2017 to carry out activities in the field of education, protection, rescue, improvement, and development in order to facilitate the adaptation of refugee and asylum-seeking children to new living conditions.
In this regard our work with refugee and asylum seeker children between the ages of 4-18 is to protect them within the education systems in pre-school, elementary school, middle school, high school, with YÖS (examination for foreign students) AÖL (open high school), HEP (Accelerated Training Program). Also for various reasons, outside the field of education of children, academic, psychological, and sociocultural supportive services are offered in the areas. In addition, social adaptation processes are facilitated by including Turkish students in the service group.
