It is being done free cancer tests and scans in the mobile scanning trucks for women to early diagnosis for cancer cases. Women can be tested free in the cancer scanning truck which is at Refugee Association, on the Turgut Reis Neighbourhood Fatih Boulevard.
Cancer Trucks aims ealry diagnoses for bowel, breast and cervical cancers. Early diagnoses are very important for cancer cases to start treatment as soon as possible. Free cancer scannings are made in 81 cities by Cancer Early Diagnose Scan and Education Centers(KETEM) which are working under Ministry of Health. Cancer scannings for Syrians are financed by SIHHAT project which is funded by European Union countries. Cancer scanning truck will continue its services in Sultanbeyli until 22 August 2020.
