We celebrated the Mevlana Week of 7-17 December with kids in the Child Friendly Area of the Refugees Community Center. Our aim was to give information to kids about Mevlana’s affection, tolerance and approach to people.
Seven Advice of Mevlana
Stories from Masnavi were read to the kids in the Child Friendly Area in order to raise awareness on our values. Kids painted coloring books on whirling dervishes. Seven Advice of Mevlana (also known as Rumi) which is one of the most important and valuable cultural inheritances from past to present were explained to the kids.
