SUKOM Syrians Coordination Center Software

SUKOM is a software developed by the Refugees Association in order to solve the registration problem of refugees arriving in our country, to facilitate their follow-up, identifying their needs and ensure that these needs are met from a single center. SUKOM, a web-based software, can be used on all devices that can be connected to the Internet.

Comprehensive Registration Information
Thanks to SUKOM information processing software, comprehensive information of individuals and families can be entered into the system. Identification information of the person, his/her address, profession, and alongside these basic information, the ones such as rent information about his/her family and the house where he/she lives, information about the number of families staying at home, the number of orphans, the number of disabled people, the number of babies under 1 year old can also be recorded.

Flexible Structure
SUKOM information system is a flexible system that can be shaped according to needs. The registration system, which was created based on the data of the Directorate General of Migration Management, was later developed to meet our own needs.

Integrated Work with Different Institutions
Since SUKOM can work via the web, any public or non-governmental organization operating on refugees can also log in to the system with an account defined for it, check information or add records. There is also a feature of authority limit for accounts created in SUKOM. If desired, various restrictions may be imposed on an account, such as only seeing certain sections or only being able to read. With this feature, SUKOM is able to ensure that different institutions can work together and communicate with each other.

Single Center Control
With SUKOM, families are provided with food supplies, winter supplies, diapers, commodities, clothings, etc. as such, all kinds of needed item requests can be created, jobs and workers can be searched for people, and job descriptions can be made for association employees. With SUKOM, all information can be conveniently controlled from a single center. The SUKOM database is compatible with databases of other information operating systems and can work seamlessly with different systems.
