My Incence Tree Is Turning Green project in cooperation with Nezahat Gökyiğit Botanical Garden has started with the participation of 20 students from Zübeyde Hanım Primary School.
Within this project which puts nature and botany to the center, the trainings are divided into four categories under social development, art and sports to help increasing the sociocultural sharing of the target group, to give support the children of war and to contribute their participation in the social life.
Children who came to the Botanic Garden for the first time in their lives had a great time in Discovery Garden and Maze after eating in the picnic area. Children then entered the classroom to meet others with teachers in the first education week. Children became friendly at once during different activities such as Ways Greetings of different countries, Meeting Others With Balloons, Tell Me the Story, Naming Games for Children.
Children will be given a certificate of participation at the end of the project which will last from October 2018 to May 2019.
With the support of Welthungerhilfe, compliance activities will continue to be organized.
