As Children and Youth Center team, we visited the Science Center together with the children of Sultanbeyli Zübeyde Hanım Primary School. The Science Center of Pendik Municipality which carries out experimental and practical activities to support education attracts many people at any age.
We Investigated Experimental and Testing Equipments
There are some 50 experimental and testing equipments such as Archimedean screw, Pythagoras Theorem, Sand Pendulum, Maxwell Disc, Praxinoscope, Traction Drive, Pedal Generator, Effect-Response Mechanism, Whisper bowl, Energy Generation Mechanism, Visible Sound Waves and Mirror Mechanisms in Science Center at the Science Center.
Children Built Their Own Robot
Our visit o the Science Center paved the way for the development of children’s sense of wonder. We aimed developing children’s scientific background and sense of wonder. Children also learned to built their own robots learning through experience.
