Maker and Coding Workshop continue to teach Turkish and Syrian children how to code. Having started the workshop immediately after the warm-up game, children initially had a talk on technology and asked what they already know and are curious about. Afterwards, they started coding by learning how to use the Scratch program. Kids who have felt the happiness of doing things on their own, have had a different experience by using the Makey Makey kits. Witnessing the implementation of the coding program they learned, also made them feel excited. Each one of the children stated that they are highly impressed with the Maker and Coding Workshop and they find the things that they have learnt and done during the workshop really interesting.
Activities conducting with the support of Welthungerhilfe will continue to introduce children to different kinds of workshops.
