UNHCR Turkey Representative Philippe Leclerc visited our association on 28 July 2021 to closely examine the work done at our community center in Istanbul Sultanbeyli. Philippe Leclerc visited all units one by one, especially the Protection Services, Career Center, Humanitarian Aid and Education Unit supported by UNHCR and said that he was very impressed by activities. After examining the units, Philippe Leclerc met with the mukhtars, shopkeepers and mutfiate personnel in Sultanbeyli.
Elif Selen Ay and Muhammed Fatih Alkaddah from UNHCR Istanbul Office also attended the visit. President of our association Zafer Söğütçü and General Coordinator Halil İbrahim Akıncı accompanied our guests from UNHCR.
