Syrian Artisan in Sultanbeyli Will Start to Pay Taxes

The registration of Syrian artisan operating unregistered businesses in the Sultanbeyli have started within the scope of the project we carried out in cooperation with the Sultanbeyli municipality, the UNHCR and the International Center for Peace Research (IMPR) . A total of 210 Syrian businesses were identified in Sultanbeyli in 15 districts and auditing and licensing studies have started recently. The Syrian artisan who become taxpayers will contribute to the economy by paying their taxes. In addition, businesses will be subject to trial.

Within the scope of the project, up to now 27 licenses have been granted. By June 2017, 210 businesses operating in the province will be licensed.
