Refugees Who Learnt Turkish Took Their Certificates

Since August 2016, Refugees Association Turkish Education Centre that taught Turkish to 450 refugees, gave the Turkish language certificates to the 120 more trainees at the ceremony held on October 25, 2017. 70 people who completed level of A1 and 50 people who completed level of A2 took their certificates in the night when Turkish poems and songs were vocalized. Celal Gündoğdu who is director of Sultanbeyli Public Education Centre, Halil İbrahim Akıncı who is General Director of Refugees Association, our association employees, the students took the certificates and their families participated to the certificate programme.

The Ceremony Started with The National Anthem
The Ceremony of Turkish Education Certificate began with the spoutting of 10 quatrains of the National Anthem by Mutasim Kibbani. Turkish poems, songs and reading of letters were vocalized at the programme where was witnessed with highly emotional moments. Celal Gündoğdu who is director of Sultanbeyli Public Education Centre, Yusuf Ergünöz who is Coordinator of Turkish Education Centre and our Turkish teachers Meliha İleri, Hanife Mihriban Şatır, Ayşegül Söztut and Ahmet İnce presented their certificates to the students who learnt Turkish in the programme which continues with the concert of performing by the Sultanbeyli Fraternity Choir.

As Refugees Association, we firstly thank a lot our teachers including our teammates who contributed to the preparation of this beautiful program, our Refugees Association volunteers who do not leave us alone, our students joint to the courses and their parents who joined the night.
