We have an orientation meeting with our volunteers who volunteer in the Social Cohesion Department of the Refugees Association and want to support their work in associations. In the content of the meeting,included topics such as volunteering, working in the field of Civil Society, and points to be considered when working with children and disadvantaged groups. A team work implemented about meaning of volunteering and the volunteers’ thoughts and approaches about the subject were evaluated. The new training and activities to be realized with the volunteers were planned and after the meeting was completed.
