In the Refugees Association, within the scope of Reproductive Health and Rights seminars the topic of safe motherhood was held. Primarily pregnant women were invited to the seminar. In the seminar initially, the concept of safe motherhood emphasised and the preparation process of pregnancy explained in details. In the pregnancy preparation process changes in the body, methods of personal care and exercises, situation of risky pregnancy and the precautions of it were mentioned.<\/p>\n

Education Seminars Will Continue<\/strong>
\nSecondly, information was given about the psychological changes, drug usage, health checks and what need to be done in the time of danger on pregnancy period. Also, types of birth, postpartum, care of postpartum, health checks in postpartum, breastfeeding and health of the baby were mentioned. Participants shared their experiences in the seminar. At the end of the seminar hygiene kits which include personal care products distributed to the participants. Seminars supported by TAP Vakf\u0131 and UNHCR will be continued.<\/p>\n
