The Business and Vocational Counseling Desk is located within the Sultanbeyli Refugees Community Center. Within the scope, the Job and Vocational Counseling service brings together businesses in need of workforce and refugees looking for a job and contributes to the employment of refugees who are looking for a job and to meet the workforce needs of businesses. In our department, entrepreneurial refugees who want to start their own business are provided with all kinds of technical and consulting support they need. The document issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Republic of Turkey. for a foreigner to work in any employer in Turkey is called a Work Permit. All foreigners who are not citizens of the Republic of Turkey, who are in our country for the purpose of working, are obliged to obtain a work permit in accordance with the law on Work Permits of Foreigners.<\/p>

Work permits in Turkey are issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Republic of Turkey. A document issued by the Ministry in the form of an official document that grants a foreigner the right to work and reside in Turkey within the validity period is called a WORK PERMIT.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Establishment and working license is the permission given by the authorized administrative units to open and work in the workplaces within the scope of the Regulation on Opening a Business and Working Licenses.<\/p>

A workplace cannot be opened and operated without a duly obtained license from the authorized administrations. Professional organizations that are other than the authorized administrations in the regulation or other licenses and documents obtained from other places do not remove the obligation to obtain a license.
